Himalayan Triptych II, east ridge
Goal: reaching the summit
Achievement: Piotr Morawski and Piotr Putelnik reached the East Peak (8010 m) via the northeast ridge, while Peter Hamor reached the summit alone. The other climbers' attempt to reach the peak was not possible due to a rescue operation conducted by Polish climbers to save a Nepalese climber afflicted with snow blindness.
